This hotel was located in the heart of the jungle, which provided a unique and exciting experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. The meals offered were high-quality and delicious, highlighting local cuisine.
The hotel seemed to attract many large tour groups, making it feel overcrowded at times. However, these issues were minor compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The resort itself was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony, which allowed us to enjoy the stunning views of the jungle right from our doorstep. The room amenities were top-notch, with luxurious toiletries and hot water that made us feel pampered.
That there wasn't much happening in terms of activities.

Located near the Chetumal-Escarcega highway, this jungle eco-lodge is the perfect base for exploring the nearby Mayan ruins. The archeological ruins of Chicanna are right in front of the hotel, and the restaurant offers an extensive menu for refueling after a day of sightseeing. The rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms, and the service is exceptional. Wake up to the sound of birds and enjoy a delicious breakfast with fresh coffee. The pool is a great way to relax after a hot day, and the beautiful grounds add to the overall charm of the property.
Some minor issues with certain rooms' location might result in a not so pleasant smell.

We spent a weekend at this ecovillage and loved the location, which allowed us to easily visit nearby sites without backtracking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the patio was a great spot to relax. We also enjoyed the restaurant, which offered a variety of local options at reasonable prices.
While the lack of air conditioning wasn't a problem for us, we did experience some spotty WiFi. Additionally, we wished there was more information available about local activities and attractions. we had a decent stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of providing more resources and amenities to guests.

I had a delightful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the jungle. The location was just perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the entrance to the Chicanná ruins. I could easily explore the magnificent ruins and then retreat back to the hotel for some relaxation. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always eager to share tips and information about the surroundings. Plus, the room service was top-notch, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. The amenities in the room were outstanding, from the spacious balcony to the well-equipped dressing area. I felt truly pampered during my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the region.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel complex. The staff were friendly and provided great tips for exploring the ruins close by. The location was perfect as it was just opposite the entrance to the Chicanná ruins and close enough to walk there. The hotel facilities were in great condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. Additionally, the hotel was located right off the Chetumal-Escarcega highway No 186 and near many restaurants.
Nothing it was perfect!

The breakfast and dinner were complementary and both delicious! The view from the restaurant was also really nice. The hotel was close to the ruins we wanted to visit and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the room was clean and spacious.
There was no air conditioning and the fan just wasn't enough to combat the heat. The lack of AC made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Sustainable ecological solutions. Great location for visiting ruins. Lovely staff. Peaceful atmosphere. Nice pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. Tasty food
Nothing to complain about at all.
