We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We spent a weekend at this ecovillage and loved the location, which allowed us to easily visit nearby sites without backtracking. The location was perfect as it was just opposite the entrance to the Chicanná ruins and close enough to walk there. The hotel facilities were in great condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. Additionally, the hotel was located right off the Chetumal-Escarcega highway No 186 and near many restaurants.

The breakfast and dinner were complementary and both delicious! The view from the restaurant was also really nice. The hotel was close to the ruins we wanted to visit and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the room was clean and spacious.

There was no air conditioning and the fan just wasn't enough to combat the heat. The lack of AC made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
